The owners of this rural Kiwitea farmhouse contacted Refresh Renovations to renew the outdated kitchen and dining areas. They wanted it to be modern, practical, and better suited to their lifestyle. 

Renovation Consultant Wayne Gordon started by working closely with a kitchen designer from Mitre 10 to create a fresh design with durable finishings as the homeowners requested the kitchen be hard wearing. Timeless subway tiles and understated but stylish fixtures give the contemporary look they were after, while functional touches like the open wine shelving and power sockets in the kitchen island enhance its practicality.
