A Modernised Kitchen and Fresh Floors in Yokine, Perth

A Modernised Kitchen and Fresh Floors in Yokine, Perth

The owners of this home were keen to renovate their dated, impractically designed kitchen and to upgrade the flooring throughout the main living areas. For professional assistance with the entire process, they reached out to local Renovation Partners Jason and Michelle Zielinski, who made the project a stress-free experience with stunning results.

The new flooring seamlessly fits into the home’s interiors, making for an ultra-modern appearance. The renewed kitchen looks nothing like it previously had, featuring an improved layout with ample storage space and a clean, minimalist design.

Cohesive Designs for Bathroom Renovations in Bunnythorpe

Cohesive Designs for Bathroom Renovations in Bunnythorpe

The two bathrooms in this century-old home have undergone complete transformations. Previously, their poorly fitted insulation made both spaces cold and draughty, and the dark, dated designs didn’t help this problem. But this is no longer the case. Thanks to the professional assistance of Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon, each bathroom has received thorough upgrades that ultimately made the interiors more comfortable and relaxing spaces.

Updated insulation and new underfloor heating have made a tremendous difference. However, the modern interior design makes just as large of an impact. Sand-coloured tiling, chrome hardware, and upgraded lighting have created a tranquil atmosphere that’s bright and airy – a great contrast to the original interiors.

Converting a Porch into a Formal Sunroom

Converting a Porch into a Formal Sunroom

The owner of this 1880s home approached local Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon with ideas to convert the underused porch into a sunroom. The most important aspects of this project were to retain the home’s character and create a sundrenched space – both of which have been achieved in this successful renovation.

The porch’s original weatherboard cladding, decorative ceiling, and stained glass window have been integrated with the sunroom’s design. A fresh, neutral colour scheme perfectly complements these idyllic features and matches the adjoining kitchen, ultimately making the sunroom a beautiful extension of the home.

Modernising a 1950s Bathroom in Palmerston North

Modernising a 1950s Bathroom in Palmerston North

To update the dark and dated bathroom in their 1950s bungalow, this homeowner contacted Refresh Renovations. It was the property’s only bathroom, so having poor functionality and a tired design was an issue. Local Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon came on board to manage the build phase and ensured the homeowner’s plans for a modern interior design were executed with precision.

Wayne’s renovation team removed the existing shower-over-bath, making way for a spacious shower and laundry unit. This upgrade made a significant difference to the room’s atmosphere.
