could go no longer without repair. Inside, the kitchen design was tired so the homeowner reached out to Refresh Renovations to get the property’s interior and exterior sorted out by experts. Local Wellington Renovation Consultant Mark Morrison managed the project.

Reconfiguring the kitchen layout and removing some walls creates an open feel between the kitchen and lounge. The original timber floors have been refinished to their beautiful natural glory which warms up the design and makes it feel inviting. All of this is now protected by the newly installed steel roof which replaced the old leaking membrane roof.
