The Transformation Of An Auckland Bungalow

open staircase

Coming from a bustling neighborhood, Prue and David Simpson were looking for a quiet haven for their young family. Although they didn't originally intend to renovate, when they saw this outdated two-story bungalow, they realized how much potential it held.

They decided to break the renovation up into two more manageable stages. This involved creating a new bedroom for their son as well as excavating below the home and adding a bottom floor.

One of the most stunning new features is a beautifully spacious entry way with an open staircase that utilises window and a crystal chandelier to bring more light into the home.
