Beachfront properties will always be in high demand, so any sort of renovation is a good investment. But these Plimmerton homeowners were looking to stay for decades to come; a decision led them to undertake a full house renovation and extension with the professional assistance of Renovation Consultant Nick Leko. 

The new extension houses an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading out to a new deck through triple-panel sliding doors. This extension creates not only more space for the family but also encourages indoor/outdoor living. Meanwhile, throughout the existing home, the layout has been upgraded for better flow, as have the interiors for enhanced comfort. The exteriors also received significant improvements, including a new driveway, repainting, and fencing.
