After their sons moved on to university, these homeowners wanted to upgrade their outdoor living space, master bedroom, and powder room. They reached out to Refresh Renovations and local Renovation Consultant Corey Rambhai stepped in to offer his expertise.  

Floor to ceiling marble walls gave the ensuite a luxurious feel, while emerald tiles, also found in the powder room, make both spaces moody yet inviting. The spacious walk-in wardrobe, with mirror image his-and-hers sides, are fully appointed with shoe racks, clothing rods, open-shelving, and drawers. Outside, weatherboard cladding raised the property value while a new louvre ensures the “wow-factor” is experienced all year round.
