When Kylie Hinds and her husband bought their Coogee home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, what stood on the land was a one-bedroom 1920s cottage. It had formerly been gutted and redone in 1970s style, leaving little of the original detailing and features. So when the time came to renovate, Kylie and her husband decided to embark on what became almost a full rebuild.
