This Refresh Renovations project involved creating a smart house with high-end finishes. Renovation Consultant Dave Georgetti took on the massive task of updating this Point Chevalier home’s interiors, including major upgrades to three bathrooms, the kitchen, lounge, and garage. 

Every element of this renovation has been carefully planned for ultimate comfort and functionality. Everything serves a purpose, from the wireless charging Corian benchtops to the motion sensor LED lighting beneath the bathroom vanities. The home may have been built 20 years ago, but these renovated interiors are certainly geared for the future.
