The neutral colour palette with blush accents in the bathroom is tranquil and with a spacious walk-in shower in lieu of the old bathtub, the wet room-style bathroom has a new lease of life.   

The result is a fresh exterior with Art Deco touches in the form of a custom-made leadlight panel and intricate fretwork.

This Perth homeowner wanted to renovate his property to increase the rental income: his plans included updating both the interior and exterior. Reaching out to Refresh Renovations, he came across Renovation Consultant James Condon, who delivered remarkable results when transforming the single-family home from tired and dark to airy and modern.  

Original timber wood floors had been uncovered and refurbished, becoming a focal point of the home. An additional bathroom and updated laundry room add value for potential tenants, but the modern finishes and materials and the transformed outdoor space deliver the most dramatic impact.

The owners of this rural Kiwitea farmhouse contacted Refresh Renovations to renew the outdated kitchen and dining areas. They wanted it to be modern, practical, and better suited to their lifestyle.

Timeless subway tiles and understated but stylish fixtures give the contemporary look they were after, while functional touches like the open wine shelving and power sockets in the kitchen island enhance its practicality. 

In preparation for their return from abroad, these homeowners wanted to update their one-bed property after years of tenant wear and tear. Despite its relatively small size (60m2), they knew the renovation would be significant, so they reached out to Refresh Renovations.
