After nearly two decades of corporate life, Deborah co-founded independent financial advisory company Stuart + Carlyon, seven years ago.  “Finance is part of the equation, but the focus has shifted toward such issues as a work-life balance and the attainment of life goals. Money is the tool in that process,”  she says.  

Deborah combined growing a new business with a major renovation of her Grey Lynn villa.  “I would never consider building work without a great project manager to make it all happen.”
